Disrupting the status quo in long term care by providing long term services, supports and healthcare to frail elderly through the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). PACE can be an alternative to nursing home placement for seniors who desire to age in their own home or community setting but lack the support to do so.Internally, I collaborate with operational, clinical, eligibility, legal and compliance colleagues to lay the organizational structure that supports the responsible growth of PACE. From a corporate perspective I oversee and direct business development management, sales and enrollment teams to acheive revenue targets. In my past role I developed collaborative partnerships with acute care hospitals throughout Virginia. My role was to help short term acute care hospitals strengthen communication pathways and understand service expectations as keys to creating seamless patient transitions to downstream providers, specifically long term acute care hospitals. Here, I developed and implemented a strategy for the growing the census through consistent flow of admissions facilitated by a strong pipeline. I conducted patient assessments, oversaw admissions, and informed healthcare professionals and families about the hospital's services and amenities. I created a referral tracking system, put effective marketing and outreach strategies into practice, and took advantage of conversion data, referral sources, and trend analysis to achieve revenue targets.

Delivered census development and brand strategy for multi location skilled nursing line of service for ventilator dependent, Kissito Premier Ventilator Care.In this job role, I improved and advanced the ventilator nursing line of business's sales strategies. In order to efficiently manage the 4–8-week admissions cycle, including the Medicaid screening and application processes to guarantee a steady flow of new admissions, I developed systems and established repeatable routines. I developed a multi-state market development plan and used it to find new business opportunities in four states and Washington, D.C.
