As the Director and Head of Technical Development and R&D at SBS Friction A/S, I lead the Brembo Center of Competence in friction materials for motorcycles and powersport applications. I've been instrumental in driving technological advancements in the field, overseeing product development, OEM departments, and the enhancement of raw materials and production processes. Additionally, I manage dyno and vehicle testing, prototype production, and program management. Notably, I played a role in the successful sale of SBS Friction A/S to Brembo S.p.A in January 2021 as a part of the management team.In this period the product portfolio was sold and implemented into some of the largest motorcycle platforms in the market in a concentrated effort in project management and program management.
