My role at Aairport Festival was divided into two areas of responsibility. Was hired to head the incorporation of a new company in Dubai on behalf of a Danish organization. I was tasked with setting up the financial and legal framework for a company in Dubai, including the hiring of a software development team of 7 with backend, fullstack and frontend developers. With the company formation done, I took on the position as head of business development. The company operated in the payment processing industry and was after two years absorbed in to the Danish sister company.
