As a part of the Data & Digital team in CPH, my role is to help the entire organization become a digital and data-driven airport, one of the pillars of the company strategy! In the team, we focus on developing our central data warehouse and BI platform, exploit all the options of our new Azure cloud platform and participate in the major IT transformation projects across the airport. We actively advise the CPH business units on digital competencies, selection of systems and organisation to leverage new and existing data sources and tools. One of my primary focuses is on the implementation of AIRHART, a state-of-the-art airport data platform, developed by Smarter Airports, a joint venture between CPH and Netcompany.• Active member of the IATA Airport Development Reference Manual (ADRM) Think Tank, providing new guidance and review of existing content for the next version of the industry best practice manual. Areas include data requirements, peak calculations, forecasting and capacity calculations.• Analysis of day-to-day operational requirements related to Covid-19 testing facilities and physical distancing measures in the airport terminals during the pandemic.

As Head of Operational and Business Analysis in Copenhagen Airports, I led a team of 5-7 analysts with the overall responsibility for delivering detailed analysis and planning assistance to the operational departments in CPH, including security, baggage handling, passenger service and traffic departments. We also supported our construction department on major infrastructure projects and provided long term demand forecasts for our masterplan department.• Created the Annual Capacity Overview process and report, impacting major CPH investment decisions on a 10-year planning horizon. Report based on detailed analysis of operational data, demand forecasting and stakeholder interviews.• Drove the implementation of an integrated planning solution for operational passenger forecasting, check-in allocation and security lane staffing.• Headed the introduction of a central BI dashboard and reporting platform for all operational areas.• Led the consolidation of multiple operational data sources in a central data warehouse• Provided demand calculations and forecasts for several major capacity projects in CPH including the new Pier E, extension of the central security checkpoint and the ongoing Terminal 3 airside expansion project.

• Drove the implementation of a camera-based passenger flow measurement solution for all check-in and passport control areas in the airport. Developed performance KPIs and reporting framework on the collected data.• Headed the introduction of an integrated forecasting and capacity planning tool, simplifying the task of calculating facility requirement scenarios for capacity projects and long-term master planning.• Delivered detailed facility requirements for all operational areas informing the Long Term Capacity Plan (LTCP) masterplan for the development of Copenhagen Airport
