Co-founded the company and built a new CMS from the bottom up. Our vision was to build a CMS that would let users break free of restrictive templates of most visual editors when creating webshops. We won our first customer with the platform in December 2016 and raised €330.000 in October 2017. In Sabre CMS I have been responsible for business strategi, fund raising, daily operations, CRM, business development, the product roadmap, budget, and BoD reporting.

Managing operations for danish tech startup Drivr (Formerly Click A Taxi. Same company rebranded with a new name). An international Uber competitor raising more than $8 million in funding.The team was responsible for system QA, international customer support, supporting sales and system implementation.With almost 90 yearly travel days I've had great experience with dealing directly with business owners and their organisation. Mainly from UK, The Baltics, Iceland and Scandinavia.Customers being organisations ranging from 100 up to above 600 employees. All having some degree of contact points with the software implemented.While Drivr was launching and operating in Copenhagen I was more directly responsible the Copenhagen Exec fleet. Giving me hands-on experience with fleet management. This included scheduling, training, payouts, financial projections, planning/supporting events, system QA and customer support. This is experience I’ve benefitted from with new customers.

Managing operations for danish tech startup Click A Taxi (later Drivr). An international Uber competitor raising more than $8 million in funding. Click A Taxi was a taxi booking aggregator that let users book taxis directly with the local operators through a revolutionary app and backend.Took the system coverage from national to world wide in 6 months. Implementing close to 5.000 companies in as many cities after setting and hiring the team.As part of this I managed our outsourced call center in Romania with 200 agents on the platform. This included onsite training of staff, overall QA with their managers and contract and price negotiations. As a part of extensive expansion plans of the BPO product within Click A Taxi I ran a large international tender process to cover the increased volume.Responsible for the day to day operations of all transactions in Click A Taxi as well as strategy for operations team of 8 employees, market research, area setup and customer support team.

As one of the driving forces in opening AOB's second gym on Lergravsvej, I did the gym setup, planning classes, marketing and design, events and trained classes. My colleagues were all former professional boxers with European and world championship titles.I was working as a certified personal trainer as well in the other AOB gym located in WellCome. A high end gym focused mainly on business clientele. With expertise in strength, boxing and general health. In the last six month of this period I was working as a trainer while starting my own business as an engineer.
