SectorSeven is a global telecommunications solutions provider focused on hardware, software, services and related products. SectorSeven is a leading seller on multiple e-commerce platforms, as well as direct carrier and wholesale sales. Our focus is on iconic Samsung and Apple products, we source them from multiple suppliers, test, clean, and prepare them for sale, and sell them via our e-commerce channels. Responsible for expanding the SectorSeven business, including market development, partnerships and the development of suppliers of wireless handsets and related equipment. Responsible for ongoing relationships with suppliers. Other responsibilities include the day to day support of operations including e-commerce sales, customer support, and production activities; support of ongoing R2/ISO and other compliance obligations.

Led the Global Roaming Operations team, both domestic and international. Responsible for implementation of new carriers (3G, WIFI, LTE, VOLTE) supporting AT&T's roaming needs in over 200 countries (largest global footprint) for Consumer, Business, IOT. Responsible for Wholesale Operations (billing, settlement, revenue assurance), 24x7 network operations, 24x7 Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer care for international travelers, and roaming product development. Led the team responsible for being the first carrier to launch LTE international roaming, and VOLTE international roaming. Integrated AT&T Mexico roaming operations and led the team to develop the largest roaming footprint available to Mexico customers. Led multiple Wireless merger and integration activities, serving as Integration Lead for Wireless acquisitions, including integration planning, strategy, customer migrations, and network integration. Transactions included Alltel, Leap/Cricket, and several small market acquisitions.
