Yahoo News is hiring! https://linktr.ee/yahoonews Previously, as the head of product operations at The Washington Post, I worked closely with executive and senior leadership to build momentum, coherence and cohesion behind the broader business and product strategy. My work touched all parts of the organization ranging from product and engineering to newsroom and editorial efforts.I also served as a product director overseeing the Post's core reader experience across our web, apps and newsroom tools and the 10 product managers cross-functionally leading efforts to grow and retain subscribers across our core platforms. I have also held roles as an engineering manager and general manager during my time at Mapbox, and built data visualizations and interactive experiences as a self-taught print designer, digital designer and web developer.I enjoy working near the original start-up of all start-ups — the newsroom — where deadlines are daily, unexpected fires can crop up at any time, and grit, scrappiness, determination and resilience are qualities that drive success.
