Taking over a subteam of Digital Solutions R&D Lab, as the organisation continues to grow. With the new position, being also responsible for the management of the team, talent development, recruiting of new team members within Germany and the United States, mission development and strategic alignment within the organization and the stakeholders of the organization.Content-wise, the main responsibilities and tasks will not change and can be summed up as:- Setting the strategic direction of the digital landscape of BioNTech's R&D lab incl. roadmap and release planning as well as ensuring the deployment of the solutions in scope- Take over end-to-end responsibility for the technical solution architecture and design for requirements in alignment with all relevant stakeholders- Ensure proper application lifecycle management within the functional area of R&D labs incl. CSV change management and validation activities delivered while working in cross-functional teams and with external implementation and service partners- Being responsible for the management of the governance process for the functional area of R&D lab systems incl. the alignment of priorities between business, technical organizations and interface partners.
