*Respond to customer requests for assistance with computer software/hardware issues for end users on site as well as working remote.*Image and deploy laptops and desktop workstations via SCCM based on the needs of the end user.*Troubleshooting of network/domain authentication issues for end users in the various campus buildings including accessing Cisco switches as needed.*User/computer account maintenance in active directory. *Setup new hire workspaces and retrieved equipment from off boarded team members as needed. *Assisted with the Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration as well as PC upgrades for end users.*Traveled to different campus locations to assist with time sensitive projects. *Networked printer support.*Inventory management.*iPhone setup and support.*Responsible for arranging retired equipment recycling.

*Research and resolve employee inquiries by utilizing established procedures, user manuals, accessing online applications or by interacting with internal and external support groups. *Image and deploy physical workstation, laptops, and Virtual Machines based on the domain the user will be accessing.*Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software problems including desktop, laptop, WAN, LAN, and remote systems.*Work with Service Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.*Maintain accurate, complete, and up to date inventory records of all computers, peripherals, and printers.

*Provide support for Point-of-Sale, ordering and other critical retail systems and applications. *Data Center support including multiple servers running financial, timekeeping, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and various other retail systems. *Provide end user desktop support for email, printer, phone system, fax, network issues, and various peripheral devices. *Main point of contact for mobile device setup and support for Blackberry, iPhone as well as Android users. *In this position I have been presented with several opportunities to be involved in many high-level projects from phone system setup, Point-of-Sale upgrades and patches, XO MPLS network conversion, CCTV installations, and I have been sent to be the on-site IT presence for multiple store openings.

*Provide support for Tier III number porting issues for the iDEN and CDMA networks.*Provide resource recovery support for telephone numbers as well as direct connect numbers for Sprint/Nextel customers. *Help to ensure the iDEN network has enough available resources for cellular and data device activations.*Help to resolve SMG fallout and the NNIS(number not in service) issues.
