Manage all physical product development for Tushy by managing a team of engineerins and industrial designers. Create Product Roadmap, budgets and timelines for complex projects. Also, help select overseas manufacturers, build resources for the team while communicating with Director of Marketing, Ops, CX and creative to bring items to market.

Work with founder of Gingko, a Saas servicing neighborhood organizations, to identify and upgrade services and add features for their customer. Includes structuring and implementing their help center and community pages, conducting customer interviews, and creating a road map for releases based on those findings.

Head all development of both the digital and hardware for early phase health tech startup, LevL This includes customer discovery, evaluating different business models (DTC and B2B) for the product, building product road map for each model, creating development plan for the first 18 months of development, building and testing a proof of concept model and working with software developers to develop MVP of app.

As Senior Product Manager, I guide strategic planning and manage the P&L for my assigned category. Responsible for building a robust pipeline of products that carry out the category’s strategic plan while also supporting the existing products within the category. I oversee the entire product development process by managing or collaborating with team engineers, design firms, contract vendors, sales, operations and brand communications in order to bring products to market in a timely and cost efficient manner. Key duties include:• Building a product pipeline by identifying opportunities at retail, developing innovative product solutions, reviewing competitive landscape and industry trends, conducting extensive research on categories, identifying consumer purchasing decisions and uncovering consumer pain points that would lead to a thoughtful OXO solution that is on-brand.• Overseeing the product development process from research to production in order to ensure the product meets its financial and schedule goals while communicating timelines and product updates to Sales. • Supporting the existing product portfolio by tracking sales, managing vendor relationships, identifying quality improvement opportunities, implementing improvements into production and updating products and packaging to better align with the OXO brand. This includes some of OXO’s most successful products (e.g., toilet brushes and the soap-dispensing sinkware line)• Collaborating with Brand Communications to execute successful go-to-market strategies including social media, trade marketing, blogger outreach and Amazon campaigns.• Working with E-Commerce Sales team to make product transitions as smooth as possible while not losing our online ranking.
