haku App Corporation was founded in July 2013 and is headquartered in Miami, FL. haku makes it simple to organize, execute, and register for endurance events. haku also empowers enterprise event organizers with state-of-the-art tools to plan their events, track their progress, and engage their participants. At haku I manage the operations, call center and customer success teams. I've built the team from the ground up and have created all processes that I am currently responsible for. In addition, I manage:- All company financials, payroll and HR- The customers experience and ensure they are receiving amazing support from their success team- Create and manage SLA's for the support center

•Responsible for creating and implementing lean processes across in Operations, Implementations and Customer Service. •Managed the day-to-day operations of a team of 60+ employees•Responsible for all hiring activities for the operations group; team increased in size from 30 to 61 employees•Established daily/weekly productivity reports for operations employees and established productivity goals•Successfully launched a corporate wide CRM system to better route and manage customer’s requests •Created bi-weekly CEO status reports on progress of process improvement and the status of the Operations team.

•Responsible for Distribution Area’s budget (30MM)•Worked closely with Area Manager and Resource Lead to ensure current jobs would come in on budget and area will meet goals•Managed all incoming major material orders and worked with different areas to share and transfer material between areas•Reported to Director of Operations on budget status monthly•Served as the backup for Area Manager•Participated in workshops with other Business Leads and senior management to ensure the corporate budget was met

•Performed several Safety Assessments in order to ensure employees are working safe and their tools and equipment are in date and in good working order•Pre-Checked all construction jobs in order to remove all barriers prior giving field work to a crew.•Actively participated with different safety committees to ensure a safe working environment for all employees•Worked very closely with Resource Lead in order to effectively complete the construction jobs in order of priority •Participated in all Risk Management meetings in order to provide accurate completion dates of construction jobs
