My role with the Chamber is to lobby for and build economic development programs that specifically focus on blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, e-commerce, corporate solutions, fintech, data centers, and cyber projects. I work with C-suite executives considering Forsyth County for an expansion or future location within those ecosystems. I work in tandem with federal, state local representatives and real estate developers to recruit C-level stakeholders in various types of high-tech companies to take advantage of the resources unique to Forsyth County for their operations. In total, serving as Senior Technology Project Manager I have been responsible for the recruitment & expansion of 56 projects that has generated more than $490MM in capital investment and approximately 1500 jobs.I'm currently focused on building a regional Smart Cities ecosytem with neighboring jurisdictions that will put the Southeast US on the map as a place where Web 3 developers will come, test and develop their systems on our high-tech infrastructure.In November 2019, I partnered with the GA Lieutenant Governor's Office and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to host an international software competition called Talking Traffic Lights. In late fall of 2024, we will be partnering again to host a similar competition focused on Smart Cities to further improve GA's traffic infrastructure.

Completed construction of incomplete projects and made ready-for-market.• Create performance models for REO and capital expenditures for changing market and results on bank’s capital and capital reserves.• Responsible for designing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for startup bank which set state record for first and second year capitalization.• Established strategic partnerships with third party vendors to service bank customers and established follow up procedures for quality control purposes.
