• Technical support to all AmBev plants, monitoring the projects at the plants. Checking all machinery performance using the corporate program where we can see each plant and each machine. With a standard PDCA method to make the analyzes of the problems.• Training / qualify technical teams in all AmBev plants. In each factory around 30 people were trained what include operators and technicians. • Introducing new technologies for inspection. Visiting factories in Europe and USA analyzing inspectors with new technologies, and making tests to confirm the performances.• Participated in the design of Glass factory which has 18 inspectors Emhart. I was trained in a training college from EMHART GLASS, Florida.Developed and implemented the new technology. • Participated in the tender for purchase of inspectors. Improve the quality of the products each year, as equipments and lines performance.• Zone brewery - central I worked through by communities of automation, electric and expert in inspectors for 4 years.• Worked in Manaus´s plant in the beginning around 3.9 years as an electric and automation supervisor. I had 16 technicians in my team.• Overseeing the team´s routine and corrective maintenance.• Training and qualifying the team, we did the training class which we teached electric automation to many technicians, we had been worked with plc, electrical tools and a laptop.• Checking security procedure, avoiding the accidents.- Gerenciamento do redimento proprio dos equipamentos- Gerenciamento dos indicadores produção- Suporte técnico às unidades fabris, so no Brasil 33.- Suporte aos indicadores de qualidade- Diante da necessidade do time, promover treinamentos- Apoio ao suprimento e a área de projetos na aquisição de novas tecnologias e maquinas.- Trabalho para atingir as metas para diminuir o custo produtivo e de manutenção.
