About Esdras Hernandez
I'm an architect with a passion for visual arts and architectural design. During the course of my career I have acquired great skills in BIM, 3d modeling and architectural presentations.Since my days in college I became a BIM enthusiast, that's where I developed a course and began teaching Revit to my peers. Eventually it led me to teach at the Ibero University and later as an instructor/consultant for large companies in Mexico. My emphasis was teaching the correct use of Revit and its workflow.While working as a Revit instructor/consultant I participated in the interior design, and documentation of large projects such as: high rise residential buildings in New York and Seattle, Washington; I participated in schematic design, design development, and documentation for various casinos and hotels like: Agua Caliente Casino in Palm Springs, California; Win River Casino in Washington; Southwind Casino in Oklahoma, among others.Locally I have worked in various residential projects in the beautiful county of San Diego.My background includes architectural design (residential, hospitality, high rise buildings, gaming and interior design), construction drawings, 3d modeling, renderings, project presentations, and video walkthroughs of all phases of the project as schematic design, also design development, and construction drawings.
