With over 30 years in the railway industry I am a project planning/scheduling specialist with a focus on data analytics and visualisation within the project execution environment. I have experience across many engineering projects, but my primary interest is in mass transit and heavy haul railways.I have extensive experience in multi-discipline, building and managing integrated project schedules within an intensive project environment.I focus on continuous process improvement and communicating project performance metrics and integrating time, resource, and cost data.
