Eric has been diligently working towards the integration of geomatics and spatial sciences in CPCS project approaches for more than a decade. His primary role at CPCS is delivering thematic mapping products and generating added value by leveraging spatial modelling practices. His experience is rooted in his abilities to generate added insights by integrating project data within geographic information systems. Eric began his career within the North American division as a GIS analyst and cartographer and later graduated to GIS practice leader under corporate. In 2016, he moved to the Infrastructure Analytics Unit (IAU) where he currently resides as a multidisciplinary analyst that builds on CPCS’s past experiences through the development of analytical decision based models. His most recent projects have consisted of multimodal freight plans, building financial pre-feasibility to design phase conceptual models and site plans, as well as congestion and travel time based analysis. Eric is currently working on the identification of multi-national rail corridors between Cameroon and Chad, prioritizing LRT routes in Lagos, Nigeria, feasibility analysis of potential Ethiopian-Sudanese railway link and developing a field collection and monitoring system for North Core - Western African Power Pool.
