My practice focuses on complex and multidistrict commercial litigation. I represent my clients – corporations, financial services firms, and individuals – in securities, insurance, copyright, accountants' liability, employment, and antitrust litigation and arbitration. I frequently act as trial counsel, and specialize in matters of special complexity and/or first impression. Some of my recent work of particular interest has included representation of two money center banks in a dispute with a third arising out of the acquisition of one of our clients by the other during the financial crisis, and representation of Silverstein Properties and 7 World Trade Corp. in a series of highly technically complex insurance, contract, and tort disputes following the building’s collapse on September 11, 2001.
