Member of the ASD team (Advanced Solution Delivery)All my missions were based on the application of the PMP method. This team is in charge of the non-standards projects.In pair with a senior PM, I have participated to the WAN deployment of a CAC 40 member.This project was a first time experience for TCL as we have deployed a new technology on more than 400 sites in the world. My second mission was to deployed a new solution product in total autonomy for an existing customer. Handover, kickoff, project plan, risk management, weekly call, financial analyses, client relationship matrix management... My third mission was to study and aid to the PMO improvment (Project Management Office).
