Together with a team, I am responsible for the end-to-end management of information technology software projects of companies operating within FUZUL Holding, in accordance with PMI standards and BRSA rules.During my employment, for the Information Technologies transformation of FUZULEV, which received the BRSA license in July 2021; Establishing GRC processes (Risk, Compliance, Internal Control, Policy, etc.), establishing demand, project management, IT service desk, inventory, contract, supplier and invoice management systems, preparing the ERP infrastructure and putting it live on both the HR and Finance side, I implemented the projects of integrating with banks and automatically transferring them to the ERP system in order to track payments, launching the Remote Customer Acquisition system on mobile, and creating sales, HR, and finance reports on the QlikSense platform in order to provide effective reporting.

I provided consultancy services regarding the improvement of the technological infrastructure of CREATERUN product, which was developed as a low-code platform within Kuramsoft and its announcement in the international market. I also supported the company's project management processes.

During my 10 years career in Turkish Airlines, I mainly worked as a portfolio, program and project manager in the production processes of softwares, product development and architecture departments. In this term, Agile was preferred as the model, Scrum and Kanban were preferred as the method.Finally, as a team leader within the Corporate Development and Information Technologies department, I was responsible for the management and coordination of corporate portal projects, the management of products that serve in the form of IT4IT, analysis and design support, coordinating with companies, conducting all aspects of the contract processes, (agreements with companies like Microsoft, SAP, Google, Sistem9, Medyasoft) providing MS SharePoint portal trainings to Turkish Airlines staff members, ensuring the coordination of software projects prepared for senior management, and operation of Turkish Airlines' internal communication projects.

I was responsible for the management of web sites, agency, hotel reservation and customer information systems produced by Jolly Tourism. These systems are still serving via on jollytur.com.

I was responsible for managing the magazine, catalog, tv advertising works of Viking Tourism and its affiliated companies. Additionally, I worked in the preparation of the Turkey's first online site sonfiyat.com which was is about flight tickets. Finally I created websites like vikingturizm.com.tr, airep.com, cruiserep.com.tr.

I was responsible for the corporate projects of EF Language Schools regarding web design and web software.I also worked on the creation of magazines, catalogs, tv commercials.

Within Netron Technology, I worked in the field of project and training activities in order to create internet and intranet applications of many leading companies in the sector. I also worked as a graphic design instructor. Some of my trainings include the Adobe Product Family, Internet culture and web technologies, legal issues for designers, and server technologies.
