* Taking the full responsibility of BIW and/or Stamping product at Ford Otosan Eskisehir VO Plant.* Developing BIW and/or Stamping processes by studying product requirements.* Conducts the procurement and implementation process of all machine /equipment / tools for the new body or panel product.* Ensuring all quality documentation for the new and serial product are prepared in conformance to Ford Otosan standards.* Ensuring all safety documentation for the new and serial product are prepared in conformance to Ford Otosan standards.* Ensuring that the layout studies are prepared / approved and implemented to suit the requirements of the plant and the product.* Conducts the PPAP/PSW studies for the new product.* Conducts investment feasibility studies for potential future projects.* Leading to the team for solving problems by following quality metrics (FTT, FRC, FCPA, QCM).* Carry out occupational health and safety activities.* Implement ISO 9001, including procedures and instructions, and to ensure their compliance with standards.* Taking a role in the preparation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Risks and Opportunities in the area he is responsible for, to determine the action against risks, to protect against opportunities, and to take action by informing the first level manager.

* Preparation of Metallographic Samples, Examination of Nitration Layer, Micro Hardness Profile, Hardness Measurements, Chemical Analysis and Reporting* Quality control of the products coming out of the production line* Preparation of SCAR, SDRF, FAI reports which are customer requirements in aviation sector* Implementation of Problem Solving Techniques (5 why, Ishikawa etc.)* Monitoring of monthly performance values* Inspection of non-conforming product, initial sample approval reports and related decisions* Opening, monitoring and closing corrective and preventive activities* Incoming Quality Control in accordance with technical drawings* AS9100 Quality management system to make the necessary documentation and up-to-date* Carry out to AS9100 audit processes* Evaluating process performance of Quality Management System, performing Risk Analysis and ensuring that necessary actions are taken* Monitoring of calibration periods
