Pitching the C-Level of the account targeted with a perfect understanding of the market, partners ecosystems, and gain access to the teams through workshops. • Built and led the best sales team of the industry : 2 direct sales teams, the indirect sales team and the Sales Engineering team. Elevated the existing sales force, hired new profiles and trained, coached, motivated them around this fantastic mission to become the preferred partner for the digital transformation of each account of the CAC40. • Pipeline Management, closing and budgets: Qualified the opportunities, focused on the deals where Equinix can have a real impact, build strong and accurate pipelines to reach our targets on a short, medium, long period of time. Overall :During 8 years, from almost zero Enterprise customers signed 90% of the CAC40 (40 largest French companies) and exported the platform Equinix across the globe through major deals. Delivered a performance above 100% for 6 years in a row. Booked annualized responsibility around 36 M$ per year. From 4 buildings in 2012, platform Equinix in France is delivered on 12 datacenters in 2021. -
