- Focus on the strategy to build statistical capacity of member countries and advance the strategic agenda to enhance capacity development (CD) efficiency and measure impact using a results-based management approach.- Provide technical guidance to IMF member countries on statistical frameworks and methodology to collect data on financial inclusion with a focus on gender, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and digital financial services. - Deliver capacity development workshops, both virtual and in-person, to IMF member countries on financial access data collection. - Innovate to track policy measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed and implemented the Financial Access COVID-19 Policy Tracker to document policy measures enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on mobile money and SMEs.

Worked with the South Asia Chief Economist's Office, Development Economic Research Group, and the Poverty and Equity Global Practice on a wide range of analytical work involving large household and labor force surveys.

- Managed the India-Bihar programme, which included demand-driven research projects conducted by leading global researcher to further evidence based policy making in the state of Bihar. - Responsible for the integration of the policy and research agenda and dissemination of research results to achieve policy impact.

Facilitated the Annual Plan cycle for the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh as part of the Five-Year planning process.

- Analysis of the present capacity, growth trends, forecast of future capacity requirements as well as financial and policy constraints hindering the growth of the ports and airports sector in India. - Co-authored the chapters on the airports and ports sector in the final report.
