Working for one of the global media servicing brands, providing and maintaining high levels of service to their clients. My main client was a high-profile account DFW (Dutch Film Works).•Manage and process orders from concept through to delivery for multiple VOD order.•Compiling project plans for forthcoming deliverables using appropriate PM software, including the numbers and types of versions, language versions, physical/file assets and deliverable/shipping dates. •Liaise with Production and Scheduling to resolve potential scheduling conflicts and service failures.•Handle all rejections and discrepancy reports in a timely fashion to minimize delays.•Identify and proactively resolve any on-going quality or servicing issues, working closely with production. •Supporting the on boarding of new platform workflows by following the appropriate procedures and guidelines.

At Refine I developed and gained new skills which gave me the opportunity to work on complex projects for DVD, Blu-ray, Broadcast and VOD. My primary focus within VOD was Netflix and I became Re:fines Netflix Platform Manager. •Project manage DVD and Blu-rays for high-profile clients such as BFI, Universal Studios, UEFA, Koch Media and many more. •Provide broadcast technical support for my Nordic client Level K and their day to day clients.•Collate information and collaborate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure smooth running of each project. •Work alongside the operations team to plan and schedule all Netflix deliveries.•Managing the Netflix Preferred Vendor account internally to ensure targets and metrics are met. •Provide an overview across all orders and being one central point of contact of all Netflix related queries.
