As Director of Fundraising, I led efforts to raise money for the deaf and hard of hearing community by creating and hosting successful in-person fundraisers. I organized an ice cream sundae fundraiser that raised $290, and partnered with local business R Cafe to host an event that brought in $220. Beyond raising funds, I worked to engage others by spreading awareness about the cause and encouraging participation in both events. This role allowed me to hone my leadership, event planning, and community engagement skills while making a tangible impact on an important cause.

As a Philanthropy Assistant, I worked closely with the Philanthropy Chair to plan and execute events that supported the deaf and hard of hearing community. I helped organize a calendar of service events each semester, ensuring everything from logistics to volunteer coordination ran smoothly. I also played a key role in fundraising, tracking donations, and promoting our chapter’s participation in external events. I worked to engage members by educating them about the cause and motivating them to get involved in volunteer opportunities. My goal was always to create a welcoming environment where everyone felt excited to contribute, while also ensuring that donors and participants were properly acknowledged for their support. Through this role, I gained valuable experience in event planning, teamwork, and giving back to a cause I’m truly passionate about.

As a Pledge Aunt (or Training Consultant), I am responsible for guiding and supporting a class of 23 new members through their journey before they become initiated as active sisters. I lead weekly meetings, facilitate rituals, and organize events to help new members understand and embrace the values, traditions, and responsibilities of our sisterhood. Through regular mentorship, I create a welcoming environment where new members feel supported, informed, and prepared for their transition into active membership.

As a Recruitment Assistant, I played a key role in organizing weekly events for Continuous Open Bidding (COB), where I connected with prospective members and helped create an inviting, inclusive atmosphere. I worked closely with the Invitations Committee to evaluate new members, extending bids to those who aligned with our values and would strengthen our sisterhood. Through my efforts, I helped recruit a new class of 20 members via invitations and an additional 15 through weekly COB events. This experience taught me how to plan and execute events, engage with diverse individuals, and work collaboratively in a team to achieve a shared goal.

I assist students in grades 3-7 develop their English speaking and writing skills! I was able to help them realize their own potential, and increase their grades from D’s and F’s to A’s. I additionally work to teach students within these grade levels Math, and statistics.

I worked hand in hand with Council Man John Lee during his successful 2024 campaign. Working to personally address the community and their needs.

I worked as the Marketing Manager for a small business, to promote their businesses start up! Interacting with customers and dealing with customers' inquiries helped me to develop communication and customer service skills. My main focus was to create new social media strategies and campaigns, through multiple platforms. Keeping track and data analyzing the performance of social media content, and engaging new people within Atma Health's target market.
