Girls in STEM is a program in which we aim to present the youth of South Dundas with hands-on interactive activities, presentations, and connections with female role models to help bring awareness to the diverse and enriching fields in science, technology, engineering, and math. As lead of this program, I create the programming, organize guest speakers, and work alongside senior staff to ensure success.

As a Youth Program Leader, I continued various to all duties as the Program Assistant but further assumed roles of planning, implementing, and organizing activities and informing staff of such changes to ensure successful programming for various youth groups occurred.

As an Afterschool Program Assistant with the Municipality of South Dundas, I worked with young children in the sports and recreation sector. I work with them in enhancing their knowledge in various STEM subjects with "Science Thursdays" as well as the arts with "Art Tuesdays", as well as PA Day Camps. I further have the responsibility of ensuring their safety and ensuring the program runs smoothly.
