• Design and develop network provisioning processes for Fiber-to-the-Tower deployments, considering scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices• Manage end-to-end circuit provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting for new turn-ups for different Windstream customers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and DISH• Collaborate with network architects to align provisioning processes with overall network design goals• Establish network standards encompassing configuration scripts, network designs, and troubleshooting protocols• Configure networking devices from different vendors: CISCO, Juniper, Nokia/Alcatel• Responsible for provisioning and troubleshoot transport devices (Ciena, Cyan, Accedian, Nokia) and verification of fiber optics such as SFP compatibility, light level specification and wavelength

• Implement demand procedures, tasks and activities in the network• Configure and integrate nodes and solutions into networks (new and existing)• Research and recommend innovative, and automated approaches for system administration tasks• Create and maintain documentation for process activities and tools used to support configuration management• Perform analysis and assessments of current and requested features to keep service changes and improvements balance• Meet vendors for hardware requirements and quality evaluation• Participate in weekly management meetings to discuss goals, progress and any issues in need of resolution

• Plan design, development, operation and maintenance phases of HFC networks• Troubleshoot fiber optic and HFC networks• Technical support in the areas of HFC, FTTH and DOCSIS• Coordination of internal and external implementation partners for various projects• Independent development and execution of complex configuration and analysis measures on the system platforms
