In this role, I provide consulting services to businesses around requirements to better utilize BNZ's banking products and services. As part of my role, I contribute towards customer journey maps and how best to improve processes leading to an awesome experience with the bank.Key responsibilities:- Building strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders from across the enterprise.- Identification and delivery of process improvement opportunities across Customer Onboarding and Colleague Support Operational tasks.- Ensure legislative and policy compliance and assist in promoting a safe culture.- Contributing towards operational excellence within the team, including meeting all service levels forthroughput, responsiveness, and quality.

In this role, I was accountable for providing leadership and management of the Branch which includes a team size of 12 staff which comprised of banking advisors and front-line staff. The role acts as a point of escalation for both staff and customers. The role is in charge of business performance, team coaching and development, operational and legislative compliance and administration. Key Responsibilities:- Business development with local community for achieving revenue milestones.- Coaching staff members to achieve positive results and uplifting branch performance.- Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) to achieve quality results in timely manner.- Providing constant improvements to West Auckland bank teams and overall BNZ operations.- Adhering to risk and compliance processes, providing improvements and minimizing risk to business.- Adhering to standards and internal operation policies and procedures. Where applicable, would provide feedback on improving operational policies and procedures.- Perform various checks such as 4 Eyes, KWS, unsecured lending, home lending, etc.- Ensuring Team environment and bonding is prevalent.- Continuously monitoring NPS report and performing customer follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Milestones:- Transitioning from a traditional 6-day store to a 7-day digitized branch with introduction of cashless days leading to operational efficiency.- Leading initiatives that contributed significantly towards being recognized as the branch leading on the loan draw down amounts for West Auckland region.- Managing change by way of assisting with the branch physical migration and introducing hot desk concept which was used a prototype for retail banking throughout BNZ.

In this role, I single-handedly managed the branch and provided leadership to 5 staff members whilst overlooking coaching and business performance. The bank itself had a unique value proposition for its customers whereby the services offered were targeted to meet the requirements of the industrial sector.Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for the overall performance of Penrose Branch, working closely with Branch Manager to achieve key results. - Assisting customers with personal lending and protection products.- Working with customers to achieve their goals and providing optimal solutions resulting in satisfactorily customer outcomes.- Adhering to risk and compliance processes, providing improvements and minimizing risk to business.- Continuously monitoring NPS report and performing customer follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Milestones:- Stepping outside my daily routine and assisting with Employee Banking partner teams.- Build up internal relationship with Mobile Mortgage Managers leading to an uplift in home lending and other products.- Carrying out initiatives around business development by way of reaching out to local business communities.
