Data Analyst
Responsibilities: • Essential support to the data analytics team within Strategy and Transformation at BCEHS, providing analytical insight and recommendations on course insights on Patient Transfer Data across the province.• Leading various data analytics projects and reporting to the Organizational Performance director.• Worked with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely reporting, improve automation and assist in the successful launch of projects. Accomplishments: • Created, prepared various Adhoc reports on Patient Transfers, 911 dispatch volume etc for the Ministry of Health.• Purposefully reworked and automated several documents to vastly improve efficiency and improve consistency.• Organized, led and followed through on SOC Framework metrics as agreed upon with the union. Automated the generation of metrics and prepared monthly reports for the union.• Led meetings and gave presentations to various group of internal and external stakeholders.• Gathered and updated metric data for the Quality and Safety Report as well the BCEHS dashboard on a monthly basis.
