Functioned with the primary focus on the planning, designing and implementation of the "Outlet Development Program" centered on the swift development of the Outlet Staff of Keells during which the following tasks were successfully completed:- Designing of multiple career pathways including alternative career pathways for outlet staff.- Preparation of training schedules, allocation of trainers and training locations for the same.- Coordination of 3rd-party trainers for new training initiatives.- Management of training communications and attendance records.- Development of training dashboards for training communications.Additionally, the designing and coordination of the Management Trainee Assessment Centres for the new batch of 2024 was also taken on as an additional responsibility during the tenure.

Functioned under 3 departments (for 2 months each) and worked with its leadership in developing and executing novel projects and initiatives:1. Operations Department | Service Assurance- Introduced the Service Leaderboard and Service Token initiative.- Successful executed the Service Pledge Initiative in 132 Keells outlets and 9 departments within the head office.2. IT Department | Infrastructure Development- Successfully contributed to the development of the KANE helpline to support the needs of the suppliers and vendors of Keells.- Successful initiated the rewamp of the Keells Technology Assistance Centre (TAC) to the brand new Keells Integrated Call Centre.3. HR Department | Employee Engagement and Wellbeing- Successfully initiated the development of incorporating Employee Transferring and Festival Advance processes to the Keells Employee App - Team Konnect.- Successful executed the Keells Support Connect initiative in 132 Keells outlets, 9 collection centres and head office.- Contributed to the Keells Women's Day Celebrations 2024 as Lead Compere and Graphic Designer.- Contributed in designing graphics for key offers given to John Keells Group Staff by outside organisations.
