Associate Systems Support Engineer
Current- Provide 1st and 2nd level support globally and escalate to the next support level. (Serving as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance and application support for a global customer base)- Monitoring and alert handling as per defined guidelines and SLAs- Evaluate IT-related issues effectively and assign tasks to appropriate resources.- Maintaining software applications, operating systems, and regular Windows server maintenance tasks.- Administrating Microsoft 365 cloud solutions including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.- Supporting Active Directory services running on Windows 2012/2016/2019 with key focus on LDAP, Group Policy.- Virtual platforms (VMware /Hyper-V).
