I am Eshan Sahil Saraf, currently polishing my skills as an HR executive and working with some startups by providing part time consultancy to them. I worked under various projects during course of MBA and then started my professional career with a consultancy tss and IT recruiter . In order to experienced industry I moved to Team computers pvt ltd there I worked on contractual and permanent hiring models of recruiting followed by operational activities as Talent acquisition Executive.
