Project is a 21-acre site with five interconnected three-floor buildings with associated landscaping and water features.• The project commenced in 2011, but internal works were suspended in 2012 pending a complete redesign of the interior and fit-out works (about 50% of the project value). The client then revised approximately 4,000 drawings, resulting major variations claims that lasted over a year.• Played a key role in claiming QAR104m to date due to client redesign and QAR19.8m due to project suspension.
