Jibe Hospitality Group was created to serve a growing niche between traditional hotel management agreements and hospitality consultants. Jibe provides management services for independent hotels on a whole asset, pre-opening & positioning, Sales and Digital Strategy alignment, as well as divisional discipline support. Jibe offers support and management over-site on a short term basis for independent hotel owners and private equity groups not wishing to be encumbered by a large corporate branded or soft branded long term agreement.As Co-founder and Managing Partner, my role is to launch the organization and develop long term strategies as well as tactical support for our existing clients.Jibe is currently operating in the US mountain region, Hawaii, The Caribbean, and Bermuda.

Spearheads efforts for expanding lifestyle offerings at each of Timbers’ properties. Providing authentically unique lifestyle and hospitality offerings focused on creating family experiences while never compromising the quality of service.Directly oversite of two hotel properties and 4 club operations and a golf course. As well as, opening two properties this year Kauai (June 2018) and Kiawah (September 2018). Including, financial performance, owner relations, and home owner association governance.Responsible for new business development, specifically securing long term management contracts and modeling performance for potential acquisitions.Responsible for the launch of Timbers Luxury Rentals encompassing residential rental products of select club operations, as well as working with luxury hotel brands

Responsible for the over all operation of the Resort. The St Regis Deer Valley is a 177 Room Resort with 24 residences, a restaurant, Bar, 10,000 sq feet of meeting space and outdoor venues, and a Remede Spa, generating approximately $35mil annually (2/3 in a 100 day ski season)Further responsibilities include multiple homeowner associations, revenue rotations for 67 condominium units encompassing multiple guest rooms, a social members club, and ongoing relationship with Deer Valley Resort, consistently rated the top ski resort in North America.

Responsible for the overall operation of the resort, Elbow Beach is a historic 105 year old, 52 acre beach and spa resort currently with 98 rooms and suites, 4 restaurants and bars, 10,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space and revenues of approximately $14 million generated per year.Worked with MOHG and ownership on a site redevelopment covering 52 acres, including new hotel product, F&B concepts, and residential real estate offering development.Intensive training efforts continue on the establishment of a 5-star service culture and growth in colleague and guest satisfaction is being recorded. In spite of the temporary status of the resort it held the number 2 position for relative RevPAR on the island.The resort has saw unprecedented improvements in EBITDA in 2013, culminating from a 40% drop in overheads and 23% increase in RevPAR.In addition to the role as the hotel’s GM, I was Chairman of the Bermuda Hotel Association’s Sales & Marketing Committee and President Elect, Board Trustee of the Bermuda National Museum (formerly Maritime Museum) and appointed to the newly formed Bermuda Tourism Board
