Specific focus was placed on organizing and mobilizing a grassroots base, developing key messages, engaging youth in the political party, empowering women and developing working structures within the institution.

Americans United to Protect Social Security is a national campaign designed to secure social security for future generations. I lead the Minnesota effort of the campaign.

As Western Regional Director for a project with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, I oversaw grassroots efforts for 4 hotly contested congressional races. As Campaign Camp Manager, I fascilitated 2 to 5 day grassroots training courses for candidates, campaign managers and activists.

As organizer for West Metro Faith Communities in Action, I organized people from faith communities to advocate for fair legislation for poor people.
