Through practitioner‐driven, professional learning solutions focused on leading and learning in the digital age, I led several practice areas focused on research and evidence-based strategies to improve learner outcomes. Main responsibilities included sales, marketing, content development, strategic planning, and professional learning facilitation for educators, schools, districts, and organizations globally. During my time with ICLE, I created and delivered thousands of keynotes, workshops, presentations, and coaching sessions on the latest trends and concepts to help educators grow their practice leading to better results. I also worked collaboratively with my team to meet and exceed established goals. As a recognized thought leader, I also authored seven books, three of which are best-sellers.
