Currently serving on the following boards: GSW Foundation Board, Americus Downtown Development Authority, Ignite College and Career Academy, American Red Cross, GSW school of Nursing Advisory Board, GSW school of Business Advisory Board, SGTC Marketing Dipolma/Degree Advisory Board and Caring for Seniors Foundation Board.Innovative Senior Solutions was awarded the 2011 Small Business of the Year from Americus Sumter Chamber of Commerce and 2014 Honorable Mention Georgia Small Business Rock Stars from the Georgia Department Economic Development.In 2016, Innovative Senior Solutions was accepted into the Georgia Mentor Protégé program by the GMDC where the business owners were mentored by a fortune 500 company and recieved their MBE & WBE certification. In 2017, business owners were accepted into Leadership Georgia by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and TUCK Business School, MBE Program. Also awarded the key to the city of Americus Ga. In 2018, business owners named Women in Business Champion by the Small Business Administration (SBA) of Georgia and also recieved the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) Integrity in the Community Award. In 2019, business owners sold the In-home care division for 7 figures and pivoted to providing Adult Day Care, Personal Care Homes and Transportation services for Seniors. Owners also completed the Georgia Power Internal Mentor Program. In 2020, business owners added news services which included (1) Consulting service which help individuals and entrepreneurs start their own senior care business, (2) Subcontracting for family model personal care homes providers and (3) Membership program to help existing senior care business owner manage and grow their senior care business.
