About Eshu Gupta
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since June 2014, with overall professional experience of ~7 years. I have been part of PwC in Transaction Advisory department from last 5.5 years and working as a Manager for 3 years now. During my tenure with PwC India, I've worked on some of the marquee transactions in the TMT, IPS and EUMI sectors among others. I'm part of an excellent due diligence team where I'm involved in understanding and reviewing business models, performing net debt analysis, balance sheet analysis and income statement analysis. The findings from these analyses would then allow us to point out potential issues whether they are adverse or favorable in order to assist our clients with negotiations. The findings would also assist the valuation team to further incorporate our findings if it were to have a substantial financial impact. I am one of the D&A Champions in PwC Global Deals D&A Digital program and have proficient knowledge of Power BI with working knowledge of Alteryx. I was also part of PwC Deals D&A India team since April 2018 and led multiple training sessions on Power tools.
