• Managing the entire inventory of Jewellery Products, non-RM (Packing material, Fulfilment stuff, etc).• Prepare a weekly/Monthly Inventory audit report and send it to the Inventory auditor• Recording of all the inventory (FG, NON-RM)• Managing the Next day delivery project (24-hour Project) for same-city deliveries Dynamic/Online/Offline Orders.• Ensure all the Shipment Connections are prioritized and make sure connections happen in time with Courier Partners like Bluedart/Sequl/BVC/Ecom/Delhivery• Operating as an authority and point of contact for emerging operational issues and associate concern• Managing all the Delivery Executives and Packing Associates in the hub.• Accountable to collect the Sales cash from the Delivery Executive and also accountable for the POS transactions. • Strong Decision-Making approach and Innovative thinking to derive the best results for Productivity and Quality.• Ensure that all the assets are in good working condition.• Ensuring that entire team members are being utilized to the optimum capacity.• Ensuring no SLA Breach & adhering to SOP.• Lead shift handover and team huddles in day-to-day operations.• Conduct Review meetings on a weekly/monthly basis to supervise the activity plan and take prior action to implement for the smooth running of operations.• Take one-on-one meetings with team members to analyze the complexity issues in the work and ensure they are trained properly.•Preparation of regular reporting and ensure timely updates.

• Assisting and supervising over 20+ co-employees.• Assist in receiving incoming shipments from forwarders, suppliers & managingdispatching of orders.• Implementing best practices in maintaining inventory and order management.• Identifying & improving operational issues, potential problems, and opportunities.• Handling warehouse operations.• Quality check, ensuring the quality of material, everyday audit of the stock.• Identifying and establishing vendor base as per business requirement.• Cost-effective sourcing by regular interaction with vendor & local market to negotiatewith vendor prices and cost reduction.• MIS report generation and analysis.• Handling, Identifying &Communicating the areas of improvement with the fleet team.• Assisting in daily operational purchasing needs.• Maintaining Inward, Outward & Inventory.• Evaluating supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best pricesand ensuing all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirement andexpectations.• Providing Logistic advice and resolving any shipment problems promptly.• Handling day to day escalations and resolving within the TAT.• Timely issuance of PO’s to vendors, Timely completion of GRN, Maintaining record &Follow-up for timely payment release to the vendors.

• Monitoring vehicle performance and utilization.• Arrangement of new vehicles, Coordinating with vendors.• Ensuring optimum usage of deployed vehicles by clubbing in the maximum.• Monitoring the usage and ensuring the quality of services with zero escalation from client/staff PAN INDIA.• Ensuring timely routing services of all aligned vehicles.• Taking care of statutory compliances regarding the vehicles.
