Reduce excess man power, increase picker efficiency, reducing last mile vehicles where we can save the cost.• Track and monitor everyday refunds and take precautionary measures to fix very next day and Min 80% revokes from all Managers/Hub/DS.• Every month planning required manpower vs actual manpower, arranging hub level Cp for both Dc’s and last mile operations.• Any new updates in last mile and first mile apps (milk & NM acknowledgment and others features) working on ground level and ensure everyone should follow new feature updates in app.• Enabling 100% genie app logins for all G1 & G2 employees and 100% Pod enabled for all cee’s where we can easily track and close the customer complaints.
