I Led the end-to-end development of the Lead Insights platform (https://leadinsights.informa.com), from identifying the market opportunity to successfully bringing the product to market. By strategically positioning the platform to meet the needs of B2B event customers, I accelerated revenue generation, achieving targets in half the expected time. This project involved not only technical leadership but also a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics, allowing us to create a product that resonated strongly with the target audience and drove tangible business growth.

Worked closely with the Cyber Security engineering team to identify market needs and opportunities. This resulted in the development of two innovative products:An IoT-based security solution for managing remote devices.A hybrid cloud management platform with comprehensive patch and vulnerability management.I led the go-to-market strategy for both products, generating $200K in Annual SaaS Revenue in the initial phase. These solutions addressed key security challenges while driving scalable growth in the cybersecurity space.

Played a key role in building products for both Silicon Valley and UK-based companies, including a unique merchant aggregation and commerce portal. Additionally, I incubated and launched a product startup, taking a concept from scratch to a highly user-friendly Android solution, specifically designed to serve even illiterate users in rural India. I was responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from prototyping to delivery, resulting in $500K in revenue. I also filed an international PCT patent (grant pending), and the product won Top Innovation in a national competition. I successfully exited the venture after these achievements.
