• Directly led 30 sales team members and managed additional 50+ merchandisers and cashiers in high volume ($50M) store.• Led store to 8.3% increase in topline sales for fiscal year 2017 and an additional 1.4% increase in fiscal year 2018. • Led store to first increase in market penetration of proprietary product in three years (fiscal year 2017) (repeated in 2018). • Managed portfolio of 8,000 distinct wines including managing inventory levels and maintaining in-stock positions of products, overseeing product merchandising and creation of high-quality presentations, directing store’s vintage certification program, managing store’s “fragile whites” program, creating and executing sales strategies to increase sales volume and velocity of proprietary products.• Developed team members’ wine and sales acumen by providing an array of product, merchandising, and sales trainings. • Managed relationships with internal and external business partners, including overseeing fulfillment of product donations, creating and strengthening partnerships with distributors and suppliers, and partnering with multiple divisions at corporate headquarters to enhance execution of business priorities.• Oversaw execution of weekly on-premise consumer wine and spirit classes, achieving a Net Promoter Score of 9.85/10 for monthly instructor-led public classes during fiscal year 2017.

• Founded, organized, and twice executed the Clara Barton Competition; the preeminent American-based humanitarian law competition for law students and military academy cadets in the United States. • Managed all aspects of two multi-year projects designed to raise awareness about international humanitarian law among rising and current professionals, including: project design, set-up, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and budget tracking.• Expanded the geographic reach of the American Red Cross’ legal education programs by organizing over a dozen two-day workshops in partnership with law schools throughout the United States, reaching students in 22 states and Washington D.C.• Served as the sole American Red Cross delegate to the Second Meeting on the Implementation of Resolution 1 of the 2011 Council of Delegates “Working Towards the Elimination of Nuclear Weapons”, held in Hiroshima, Japan, May 15-17, 2013. • Drafted legal memoranda for the Office of General Counsel regarding the effects of U.S. material support laws on the delivery of humanitarian assistance, as well as trademark concerns raised by the use of the Red Cross emblem by third parties. • Led monthly one-day trainings on humanitarian law for military personnel, humanitarian practitioners and policy makers. • Recruited and supervised junior law associates.
