A Service lab to print and post process 3d printed parts to support acedemic and research projects. Assisted the research and planning of the new lab facility that opened in August 2014. Documented user guidelines and maintenance of all machines as well as created system for new experimental machines and processes. Lead the initiative to create the new website MeamLabs.upenn.edu.

Managing an open access student lab with 4 Laser Cutter and 8+ MakerBots with over 500 users. Over see a staff of 10 student workers. Created training, usage, and repair systems for machines and lead diagnosis, repair and rebuild MakerBots.
