Key projects:I led the co-design and delivery of the Client Journey Mapping project. This project used human-centred design principles and trauma-informed facilitation to collaborate with current and former clients of the SAFV Centre. We delivered a comprehensive journey map, a tool to describe intersectionality and a future state services model I Initiated and chaired the Lived Experience Capacity Building Working group to research best practice engagement, resulting in the implementation of a lived experience framework to safely support Victim Survivors to participate in service design and community advocacy.I am an "ally" member of the Rainbow working group.
