Restore is a nonprofit organization making freedom real for survivors of trafficking in the United States. Our vision is a world free from trafficking. For every survivor, a life of hope, restoration, and flourishing. We are a diverse and growing staff of 40, founded in 2009 and one of the largest anti-trafficking organizations in the US. I oversee the day-to-day operations, focusing on building a healthy staff culture, increasing organizational capacity, and implementing a long-term strategic plan for growth. We have become a nationally recognized leader in anti-HT and received the US Presidential Award for Extraordinary Efforts in Combating Trafficking in Persons in 2024—the highest recognition in our field of work.

Central is a 200-year-old historic church on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Together with the Senior Pastor, we built a strong team of lay leaders and staff, raised $20MM+ to restore our building at 593 Park Avenue, and grew in several areas, including giving, involvement, and ministry to those in need. The average weekly attendance grew significantly (doubled) as we extended our reach and leveraged technology in new ways.

Redeemer is a large multi-site and multi-church network in New York City founded by Tim Keller. As an organization, we had an annual budget of over $20M. Together with the Lead Pastor, we built a strong team of staff, lay leaders, and volunteers for the East Side. In the spring of 2014, I stepped into the senior leadership role until the fall of 2015. During that time, the East Side grew in many areas, emphasizing community and developing new leaders. I oversaw a team of 40 staff (including operations staff). We executed a capital campaign to raise nearly $80M.

Studied the influence of extrinsic signals from the microenvironment in mediating normal stem cell and tumor cell fate

Managed a team developing large-scale plasma fractionation of Inter-Alpha Inhibitor Proteins to help diagnose, regulate, and treat severe systemic inflammation. Focused on ELISA assay-development & optimization, plasma fractionation via HPLC, data analysis & interpretation, and overall team leadership and development. Developed a validated plasma fractionation process leading to early phase clinical trials. • Co-authored eight peer-reviewed manuscripts accepted for publication by academic journals • Co-inventor of two patents (US12/995,141; US14/859,705): “The Preparation and Composition of IAIP”
