27+ years combined of diverse meaningful experiences and proven abilities in law enforcement, private security, hospitality security, executive protection, and loss prevention. I've been blessed to served in leadership roles in all as well. I am a people's leader, I love on my people so that they can love on the work. I care about impact not influence, therefore, I am not “cookie cutter" nor can you or should you put me in a box. However, I am a conservative when it comes to the professional concepts of safety, security, investigations, and preventive measures—thorough practices and reports…because the details always matter!I am grounded in my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, with a balanced family, and DNA from growing up in and policing the tough streets of Detroit.Where does my heart rest? My wife, my daughter, my labradoodles, my Detroit Pistons, my Detroit Tigers, my Indianapolis Colts, preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, all men and women of law enforcement, playing and coaching the game of Pickleball, introspective sports podcasts, encouraging and coaching "up and coming" professional leaders, reading and listening to christian books, and mentoring young adult people in life when ask. “Be uncomfortable, because God can’t use comfortable people” -ESJ
