I have recently completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science at the University of Waikato. Logical problem solving has always appealed to me, so the decision to study computer science was a simple one. My father has worked in the IT industry his whole life, and growing up in such an environment as an inquisitive child has developed a deep rooted passion for discovering how computer systems work. My short-term goal is to commence full time employment as a back-end developer in a New Zealand based company, where I can put my recently acquired knowledge to use. I would be highly motivated to be part of a development team, contributing to new products, developing my skills, and advancing New Zealand’s influence within the global technology industry.
