Designed and implemented a specialty compounding facility from the ground up with the use of support staff and business owners. Directly related to all areas of work function and patient care delivery at both the retail and patient care level. Managed multiple pharmacy services including delivery, specialized compound consultation, patient chart review, disease, and drug management. Responsible for all aspects of business including logo design, staff hiring, payroll and marketing.

As a floater pharmacist for Safeway I covered several different locations in Northern California. I was responsible for day-to-day pharmacy operations as well as helping convert PDX- equipped locations to the Enterprise EPS Rapidfill system. As a pharmacist provider, I routinely give all FDA-approved injections including long-acting antipsychotic injections as approved through the specialty pharmacy department. My responsibilities at Safeway including maintaining store metrics, store appearance, and supervising technicians and clerks throughout the daily duties.
