I have 20 years’ of experience in developing processes and leading people in international business. I have had an opportunity to develop myself in exceptionally challenging tasks e.g. being responsible for entire company’s post-merger integration as well as developing finance and administration functions as a new CFO for newly established over EUR 200 million euros joint venture. 2013 I took over the interim CEO responsibility and led Fortaco, 2500 employees company, over the challenging period. I have had tough leadership tasks and I have delivered results. My professional goal is to achieve strong experience in leading organizations and developing international business. I’m curious, analytic and fact based hand’s on leader. Learning new things is a big driver for me and I’m leading people with my own example.
