We work in collaboration with land owners in the UK to enhance the value of land through planning consent, funding and the development of schemes that make a positive impact businesses and to the local community. Land Promotion - Using our own capital and expertise to unlock the land potential. We are taking a collaborative approach to tackling delivery and affordability. By working directly with landowners, investors, and the Local Authority, we are building new developments and improving local communities. We identify and secure sites, obtain the right planning consents, market sites for sale via our investor pool or develop out schemes in areas with a need for new development or redevelopment.​We work with owners of greenfield and greenbelt land, agricultural land & buildings, brownfield (previously developed) sites, large gardens, and owners of existing industrial, residential or commercial buildings with development potential.​As well as developing sites ourselves we look at strategies of maximising secured returns on investment through Joint ventures and like minded partners.
