By working directly with landowners, investors, and the Local Authority, we are building new developments and improving local communities. We identify and secure sites, obtain the right planning consents, market sites for sale via our investor pool or develop out schemes in areas with a need for new development or redevelopment.​We work with owners of greenfield and greenbelt land, agricultural land & buildings, brownfield (previously developed) sites, large gardens, and owners of existing industrial, residential or commercial buildings with development potential.​As well as developing sites ourselves we look at strategies of maximising secured returns on investment through Joint ventures and like minded partners.
