Using my initiative to find and implement creative solutions to problems. Communicating effectively with a range of colleagues from across the organisation to understand their requirements and how the database can best facilitate their work. Confidently using Excel and Outlook to plan and carry out tasks.

Performing both practical and administrative tasks associated with collections management, including loan documentation, updating collection records, object handling and packing, and conservation cleaning. Most notably leading an audit of over 400 objects. Providing operational support in the running of a historic house, supervising a team of over forty volunteers. Applying strong administrative and communication skills to my role as an engagement assistant, managing space, resources and educational bookings efficiently. Implementing and improving a variety of trails and educational resources.
